Angie’s Famous Rolled Ribs and Sauerkraut- Slow roasted pork side ribs stuffed with sage dressing and served with sauerkraut.

Breaded Pork Schnitzel and Apple Sauce- Boneless, seasoned pork breaded and grilled, served with apple sauce.
Add Hunter sauce (sautéed mushrooms onions and peppers in pan gravy)

Krug’s Fresh Smoked Pork Sausage- Grilled and served with sauerkraut.

Fresh Roast Beef Dinner- Outside round, seasoned and slow cooked with fresh pan gravy

Young Beef Liver with Onions or Bacon- Floured, seasoned and grilled with onions or bacon and served with beef pan gravy.
